In fact, a recent study shows that 96% of Americans say they want to “be healthy.” But interestingly enough, the same study revealed that people can’t seem to agree on what being “healthy” really means. Know Your Numbers is a free seminar designed to help you understand what numbers really matter when it comes to your health. One of our dietitians will discuss important numbers like weight, body composition, labs, sleep, exercise, and nutrition. She will outline what experts recommend as goals specific to female health. Participants who attend the seminar will receive a discount for a body composition analysis on our state-of-the-art Fit3D Body Scanner, which provides full body scans that determine body fat, girth measurements, balance and posture.
