Ideal Protein Pudding Popsicle Recipe
(2 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of IP Pudding Mix (Chocolate or Vanilla)
- 1 packet of IP Chocolate or Vanilla Drink Mix
- Popsicle molds
Directions:
- Prepare Pudding Mix according to packet instructions and pour into a bowl
- Prepare Drink Mix according to packet instructions and pour into the same bowl as the pudding.
- Mix Drink Mix and Pudding thoroughly.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
- Enjoy!
TIP: Don’t have popsicle molds? Simply use small paper cups used for muffins and wooden sticks.
Ideal Protein Italian Cream Soda
- 1 bottle Ready to Serve Vanilla Shake
- Carbonated water
- Ice
Directions:
- In a large glass, pour in half of the Vanilla Shake (save the rest for another drink!)
- Fill most of the glass with carbonated water.
- Top with ice and enjoy!
