Get Back to Exercise with Woman’s Fit Mama Bootcamp

Exercising after your baby’s birth can improve your physical and mental well-being.Restore muscle strength,

Fit Mama Bootcamp from Woman’s Center for Wellness can help you learn how to safely and effectively exercise with six weeks of personal training that will help:

  • Restore muscle strength,
  • Increase weight loss,
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness,
  • Condition abdominal muscles,
  • Boost energy levels, and
  • Improve mood and relieve stress

The classes will be help on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 AM January 26-March 10 or Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM January 25-March 9. Cost is $250 for Woman’s Center for Wellness members and $325 for non-members.

Participants must be at least six weeks postpartum (8 weeks for C-section) and have a written clearance from their doctor to resume exercise.
