Woman’s BALANCE Program is a personalized fitness program focused on real food, fitness, and coaching to help women reach their individual fitness goals. Donna recently completed the Individual Balance program earlier, and here is what she had to say about the program:
Why did you decide to join the Balance program?
I had gained 30 pounds over the last two and a half years. I was not faithful to working out and I needed help with nutrition as well as exercise. This program had everything I needed to succeed at losing weight, understanding healthy eating and keeping me accountable.
What did you like most about the Balance program?
So many things! First, I was impressed with the evaluation to determine my metabolism, my fitness level, and my eating habits. I enjoyed my sessions with the nutritionist and gaining the knowledge of healthy eating. Second, the weekly meetings with my coach (Jennifer) were so much more than I expected. She was encouraging and informative and made me feel good about myself. Finally, my exercise sessions with the trainers were excellent. My main trainer (Erin) was patient and so encouraging. I had the opportunity to work with some of the other other trainers and they were just as great. I was worried about my fitness level and all of the trainers were great with developing my workout to my ability. They also encouraged me to push myself without me feeling like I couldn’t. That was exactly what I wanted. I needed someone to keep me motivated and they all did. I even booked additional sessions with Erin after my 12 week sessions ended!
What did you like least about the Balance program?
Nothing! It was the perfect mix of everything I was looking for.
What change(s) do you feel you made that will be lifelong?
- Engaging in physical activity on a regular basis
